Fertility Reflexology

What is Fertility Reflexology?

Fertility Reflexology is an effective way to achieve pregnancy for women who are trying to conceive, struggling with infertility or preparing for the rollercoaster of IVF treatment.

By applying pressure on these specific reflex areas with care Reflexology can help men and women bring hormonal balance, improve their libido, relieve anxiety and stress, and ultimately boost their fertility. The aim of Fertility Reflexology for women is not only to help you relax and reduce stress but also to regulate your periods and ovulation in order to maximise your chances of conceiving.

Reflexology is a very calming process and very effective for reducing stress and anxiety, which may be helpful in preparing for conception.

How often do you need to come?

Several sessions are advised as the effects of Fertility Reflexology are cumulative. In order to reap the maximum benefits from Fertility Reflexology we encourage you to make sure you have healthy lifestyle habits in place. Such habits include a balanced diet, regular exercise and a good work/life balance. We also recommend you attend a session before ovulation and after implantation, if you do, to relieve stress in the body and boost fertility hormones. We also advise to prepare 2-3 months before starting IVF and IUI but this is all depending on your physical and finical needs.

Our Reflexologist’s specializing in Fertility and pregnancy Reflexology are all registered  with either the IRIL or NRRI and you may be able to claim back some of your sessions through your own private health insurance.
