Her aim is to help de-stress clients in their daily lives and aid them on their healing journey. She believes the basic goal of massage is to help the body heal itself and to increase health and wellbeing.
Anne understands how the stresses and strains of daily life can take their toll on the mind and body and aims to provide deep relaxation, to calm the mind and help the client recenter. She combines intuitive massage with deeply relaxing techniques for effective treatment, relieving tight muscles from everyday use.
Anne has spent time working in corporate settings focusing on wellbeing and mindfulness in the work place. Having worked in many established companies such as Microsoft, Google and LinkedIn Anne has seen the many benefits of corporate massage. Knowing how important it is to take care of the physical aspect – working long hours at a desk and now from home offices can be tough on the body but also the mental side of this new pandemic world, human touch and a meditative space can be so helpful to our mental health at this time when isolation and anxiety are running high.
To help with the effects of unnatural posture, tension relief, stress and anxiety, Anne aims to bring about some balance and a moment of mindfulness to restore and recenter.
