My name is Emma Kennedy and I am registered nutritional therapist and reflexologist with an interest in female health. I am a passionate advocate for nutrition and strong believer in the benefits of diet and lifestyle management ; in optimising health and healing. Having suffered my own digestive and hormonal issues I understand the issues women face. I am also currently working as a nurse in radiology having already worked as a nurse for many years , in other areas like cardiology and general medicine. This experience has given me an understanding of the practical side of health , which as we all know is important. Yet there are other ways we can take care of ourselves that modern medicine sometimes doesn’t account for. I recently completed further training in reflexology and fertility so I am now offering reflexology and nutrition packages for clients trying to conceive.
I am a member of the National Register of Reflexologists Ireland. I am accredited by Laya Healthcare, V HI Healthcare and Irish Life Health.

Sign up for this option and you will receive a comprehensive Nutrition questionnaire and food diary for yourself and your partner which covers everything from medical issues, diet, supplements, lifestyle , personal care products and stress. At the session we will go through the plan and nutrition advise will be given.
This package includes six sessions of reflexology for yourself or your partner. Follow up nutrition advise will be given at each session @ €450
