I was born and raised in Raheny where I continue to live and enjoy life. When I finished school, my love of figures led me to a career in Finance and I worked in this area for many years. In contrast to my working background, my curiosity around holistic and self-healing began many years ago.
In my 20’s I was fortunate enough to be introduced to a number of gifted people working in various holistic therapies. While attending acupuncture and massage, I found a particular type of Indian massage, Ayurvedic healing massage, particularly therapeutic. I began to put my trust in these therapies. Shortly thereafter, I started looking at taking some courses in self-healing which were of interest to me.
I trained as a Reiki master and this helped me on my personal healing journey. I then took a course in practical philosophy at the School of Philosophy and Economic Science. This course was instrumental in restoring good health, balance and harmony to various aspects of my life. Subsequently, I completed a BA honours degree in Psychology with Dublin Business School.
A couple of years later, I commenced my studies in Craniosacral Therapy. Having studied for 3 years with Upledger Institute Ireland, I qualified as an accredited Craniosacral Therapist (CDT-T) in June 2017.
This set of skills allows me to combine the knowledge and wisdom I have gathered in order to facilitate the natural healing capabilities of my clients, both on an physical and emotional level.
