Therapist Relationship & Booking Policy

River Holistic is home to a community of independent, self-employed therapists who each run their

own professional practice from within our space.

While River provides a welcoming environment and administrative support, all treatments and

services are delivered by individual practitioners operating in their own name and on their own Behalf.

Independent Practitioner Model

• Each therapist is self-employed and operates as an independent business.

• Therapists hold their own professional qualifications and insurance.

• Therapists set their own treatment prices.

• Therapists are responsible for their own tax and regulatory compliance.

• Therapists issue receipts in their own name.

• The contract for treatment is directly between the therapist and the client.

Bookings

Clients may contact their therapist directly to book or enquire, or ask our reception team to facilitate

a booking on the therapist’s behalf. River may assist in coordinating appointments, but the

treatment agreement remains between therapist and client.

Payments

Payment for treatments is made directly to the therapist. River may facilitate payment collection as an administrative service on behalf of the therapist. Treatment fees belong solely to the therapist.

Retail shop purchases are separate transactions supplied directly by River Holistic.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are set by each individual therapist. Any cancellation fees are determined by and payable to the therapist.

Professional Responsibility

All clinical decisions, treatment plans and professional advice are the responsibility of the individual therapist providing the service.

River Holistic does not assume liability for treatment outcomes.
