By learning to recognise and release limiting narratives, you can build healthier emotional responses, make more conscious choices, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

Hybrid Mind & Body Session

This unique 120-minute session combines the power of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) with the deeply restorative benefits of Reiki, offering a holistic approach to supporting both the mind and body.

Designed to help you reconnect with yourself, these sessions provide a nurturing space where you can pause, reflect, release, and restore.

The First Hour – NLP Therapy

We begin with a supportive conversation, exploring what is happening in your life right now. Using Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), we’ll gently uncover the unconscious beliefs, thought patterns and inner narratives that may be influencing your emotions, behaviours and overall wellbeing.

Often, the stories we tell ourselves are shaped by past experiences and conditioning. Without realising it, these patterns can continue to affect our nervous system, relationships, confidence and daily lives.

Together, we’ll bring awareness to these patterns with compassion and curiosity, helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself while creating space for new perspectives, healthier choices and lasting personal growth.

The Second Hour – Reiki Healing

Following the NLP session, you’ll be invited to relax fully as we move into a Reiki treatment.

Reiki is a gentle energy therapy that encourages deep relaxation and supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance. This part of the session allows your nervous system to settle, helping you process and release anything that has surfaced during our conversation.

Many clients leave feeling lighter, calmer, more grounded and deeply connected to themselves.

This treatment may be beneficial if you:

  • Are constantly busy and struggle to slow down.
  • Often put everyone else’s needs before your own.

This hybrid session is rooted in self-compassion, self-awareness and gentle transformation. By combining practical mindset work with the restorative nature of Reiki, you’ll leave feeling supported in both mind and body, with greater clarity, calm and a renewed sense of self.
