Gift Voucher Policy
River Holistic gift vouchers are issued by River Holistic and may be redeemed with participating independent therapists practicing within our space.
River Holistic provides the environment and administrative support for voucher purchases; however, all treatments and professional services are delivered by self-employed therapists operating in their own name and on their own behalf.
Treatment Services
• The treatment service is supplied directly by the chosen therapist.
• The contract for the treatment exists between the therapist and the client.
• The therapist is responsible for delivery, professional standards, and clinical decisions.
• River Holistic does not provide treatment services.
Voucher Redemption
• Vouchers may be redeemed with participating therapists who accept River Holistic vouchers.
• Appointments are subject to the availability of the chosen therapist.
• Therapists may apply their own cancellation policies.
Expiry & Terms
• Voucher expiry dates are stated at time of purchase.
• Vouchers are non-refundable unless required by consumer law.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Lost or expired vouchers may not be replaced.
Retail Purchases
If a voucher is used for retail products, the sale is supplied directly by River Holistic and processed separately from therapist treatment services.
Clarification of Roles
River Holistic acts as a host venue for independent practitioners. All therapists operate as
self-employed professionals and are responsible for their own services.

- Gift Vouchers cannot be extended, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- When making a reservation/booking the voucher number must be quoted.
- The actual gift voucher must be presented on arrival.
- Any reservation made using this certificate will be subject to our normal booking policy. Certificates will be automatically redeemed in the case of a no show.
- Where purchased online, the purchaser and the recipient have a responsibility to ensure that the unique voucher number is not disclosed to others.
- All bookings are subject to availability and change.
- Gift Vouchers are valid from the date of purchase until the expiry date.
- When using this gift voucher, you must call and make a reservation quoting the voucher number. On arrival, please present the gift voucher for validation.
- We reserve the right to refuse payment by gift voucher if a reservation/booking has not been made or the voucher is not presented.
- For any vouchers that have been received as part of a competition and no purchase has been made for said voucher the expiry date will only be a year from date of receiving the prize.
