Cancellation Policy

Please note that as we do send out a email, text and phone call reminders 24 hours before your appointment, any no show or cancelled appointment after this time may incur a cancellation fee of 25%-100% of treatment cost depending on time given.

You will be fully charged the full amount of your treatment if you do not show up or have a last minute cancellation.  We will try our best to fill your appointment time if we are given enough notice and if we are successful you will not be charged depending on circumstances and time given.

The therapists and teachers are all self employed and rely on you to arrive for your appointments on time and on us to keep their book running smoothly to earn a living.

Regular cancelling at last minute or not showing up for appointments will require a non refundable deposit to secure any future booking for any classes or treatments.

We understand that life can happen and not just when we are open so If you are cancelling out of reception hours please email or even through our social media channels Facebook or Instagram and we can cancel your appointment this way, time permitting.
