This session will include yoga breathing techniques and mudras, alongside long held poses with centerings, relaxation and meditation, specially sequenced to balance vibrancy and radiance with peace and relaxation.
 
It is suitable for all levels, including beginners, and can offer relief for those grappling with sleep issues, asthma, stress, or for those simply seeking a calming yoga and guided relaxation session. 💆🏻‍♀️🍃

Michelle Considine

Michelle Considine (Dublin Yoga with Michelle) specialises in a range of different yoga classes for all ages throughout Dublin. Training – RYT 500hr, Yoga for strength, mum and baby yoga, yoga for children and yoga for teens, Michelle is also a qualified Holistic Massage therapist (ITEC) with a wealth of knowledge in human anatomy.
Through my training there was an emphasis on yoga for health and I am always available to assist students on an individual basis, to use yoga as a tool to support any issues they may have. I like to create a comfortable, inclusive, warm and welcoming space for all my students and my classes are suitable for complete beginners to yoga pros!

Alongside its physical health benefits I’m very drawn to yoga philosophy and its beautiful teachings for living life through respect and compassion which I hope to bring to my students also.
