Rest and Reflect: A Special Evening of Yoga and Personal Coaching ✨with Michelle (Dublin Yoga with Michelle) and Catherine (Life Coach)
As the seasons change and the darker evenings draw in, we invite you to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Join Michelle and Catherine for a nourishing evening of movement, reflection and gentle transformation. This special two-hour workshop is designed to ground your body and mind as we enter the winter months – a natural time to slow down, turn inward and reflect. The evening will consist of mindful yoga, led by Michelle, to help you ‘stop’ and fully unwind your body, mind and soul. Combining restorative yoga and breathwork to begin the session, we’ll end the evening with a 25 minute meditation to fully absorb the coaching session and what you may bring into your life from this. (The yoga practice is suitable for all levels, including beginners, and can offer relief for those grappling with sleep issues, asthma, stress, or for those simply seeking a calming yoga and guided relaxation session).
Catherine will guide you through a powerful, yet gentle coaching session – offering tools to help you explore what’s not working in your life and uncover the steps you can take to move forward – whether that be in your personal life, career, health or relationships. In the beautiful ambience of River Holistic’s studio, this evening is designed to help you slow down, examine the past year and explore possibilities on what you may like to bring into the next. ● Cost: €40 ● Booking essential – spaces are limited.
