Mum of two, Mary-Rose Teeling has a passion to teach Mamas-To-Be a calm strength and inner balance to empower & relax throughout all stages of your beautiful pregnancy. 

This course covers the importance of Pelvic Floor, Connecting to baby, Breathing for relaxation and labour, along with techniques to help encourage a strong mental & physical well-being on your pregnancy journey. 

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow & blanket.
