This course covers the importance of Pelvic Floor, Connecting to baby, Breathing for relaxation and labour, along with techniques to help encourage a strong mental & physical well-being on your pregnancy journey.

The centre is closed from 1pm on the 24th of December and reopening again on the 2nd of January.
