This hour long class focuses on connecting breath with movement, guiding you through a series of flowing postures that build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. We’ll also incorporate the use of props to support and enhance your practice, making each pose accessible and comfortable for all levels.

Hi! My name is Nadine. I live in Killester and I’m a mum of three kids. I completed my yoga teacher training at YogaHub, where I was lucky to have some really great teachers, who have influenced how I teach and enjoy yoga now. I have a special interest in exploring how we breathe and the impact it has on our body and on our nervous system. I like to incorporate this in to my practice, taking time in each class to connect with it. I definitely do find it hard to take my mat out everyday with life being quite hectic, but I never regret it when I do. I think remembering to try and take a little time to connect with yourself and how you’re feeling can have such a massive impact.
