Stephen Diskin
After spending 20 years successfully running a family business, Stephen transitioned into the wellness industry to pursue his passion for helping others improve mental health condition.
His journey led him to earn multiple qualifications in breathwork, mindfulness, and embodiment coaching, eventually founding Breathplace in 2019.
When the Covid-19 pandemic struck shortly after the launch of Breathplace, Stephen faced the challenge of operating in a world that made in-person coaching impossible. He used this time to further develop his skills but also to create his unique approach to coaching.
By integrating breathwork, mindfulness, and embodiment practices, Stephen guides clients toward cultivating daily habits that foster personal growth and transformation.
Stephen’s work has consistently empowered individuals to make lasting changes in their lives. Through simple yet profound techniques, he helps people clear away negative mental patterns and behaviours, creating space for new possibilities and positive transformation.
With Breathplace, Stephen continues to inspire and support clients on their journey to holistic well-being.
