Balance & Space-Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Come join me on Monday mornings mornings and start your week feeling more balanced and grounded, and Tuesday evening to help ease out the day.
This 6 week Vinyasa Flow Yoga course is designed around the idea of investigating balance and space within our body and mind.

Each week we will look at different ways in which we can bring more balance and calmness into our daily life; through yoga poses, breath-work and meditation.
I want this class to be a place where there is no pressure or expectations, just a space to give time to yourself and connect with your body. Whether you are a beginner or practicing yoga awhile, this course can provide something new to explore and enjoy.
The class will have a steady pace with props and variation to suit your individual style and level.
I focus on connecting with the breath throughout my classes, taking time to notice it and allowing it
to guide us through the poses.
My style of teaching is relaxed and inclusive. There are no right or wrong ‘shapes’ in the poses we practice, just a focus on how it feels within each person’s own body. Yoga has given me the tools to really listen to my body and help settle my mind, and I hope to share these tools with my students.

Nadine Clerkin

Hi! My name is Nadine. I live in Killester and I’m a mum of three kids.
I completed my yoga teacher training at YogaHub, where I was lucky to have some really great teachers, who have influenced how I teach and enjoy yoga now.
I have a special interest in exploring how we breathe and the impact it has on our body and on our nervous system. I like to incorporate this in to my practice, taking time in each class to connect with it.
I definitely do find it hard to take my mat out everyday with life being quite hectic, but I never regret it when I do. I think remembering to try and take a little time to connect with yourself and how you’re feeling can have such a massive impact.
