Autumn Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra Workshop
Discover Tranquility and Renewal: Autumn Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra Workshop
🍂 Embrace the Bliss of Autumn 🍂
Join us on the 15th of October from 11am to 1pm for a revitalizing journey into the heart of relaxation and rejuvenation. Our Autumn Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra Workshop invites you to immerse yourself in two hours of pure bliss, providing the perfect opportunity to unwind, recharge, and reconnect with your inner self.
Experience the Power of Restorative Yoga:
🌼 Gentle Surrender: Restorative yoga is a gentle and nurturing practice that focuses on relaxation and revitalization. Using an array of props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, this practice allows your body to fully surrender into each pose, promoting a state of profound rest.
🌼 Release and Heal: By releasing physical tension and cultivating stillness, restorative yoga activates your body’s natural healing response, supporting your overall health and well-being. It’s the perfect remedy for the stresses of modern life.
Dive into Deep Relaxation with Yoga Nidra:
🌙 Yogic Sleep: Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep,” is a powerful guided meditation practice that induces a state of deep relaxation and conscious sleep. You’ll rest comfortably in a supported savasana (corpse pose) while being gently guided through a series of soothing instructions.
🌙 Calm the Mind: This systematic relaxation technique calms the mind, melts away emotional and mental stress, and unlocks a profound level of tranquility. Yoga Nidra offers you a journey to inner harmony, enhanced self-awareness, and a revitalized mind, body, and spirit.
The Perfect Fusion:
During this two-hour workshop, we blend the healing benefits of Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra to create a truly transformative experience. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, this workshop offers a sanctuary where you can shed the burdens of daily life and be fully present in the moment.

Niamh Campbell Lee
In December 2020, I was accepted to join my 200 Hatha Yoga course with Barefoot Yoga Studio and I graduated in January 2022. This was a journey of self-discovery, of love and of gratitude. My tutors and fellow classmates really bonded and supported each other to reach our full potential. The journey helped me to dive deeper into myself, to really listen to what my body and soul needs. Yoga has helped me to slow down, to breathe and has helped with my monkey mind. I have been lucky to have been teaching in Glasnevin since March of this year, where we take the time to connect to our mind, body and soul through breathwork, movement and meditation and now I can offer it here at River Holistic. I love to bring fun and laughter into my classes and to not take it all so seriously. All our bodies are different and no two bodies will look the same in any pose and that is the beauty of Yoga.
