Evening Yoga Flow

This is a one-hour gentle yoga class designed to help you unwind at the end of the day.

The pace is slow and steady, with a focus on simple movements, guided breathing, and giving the body time to settle. It’s suitable for all levels, including complete beginners or anyone with a regular yoga practice.

The class begins with gentle mobility work to release tension built up from the day, particularly through the back, shoulders and hips. From there, you’ll move through a calm, gentle yoga flow, linking breath with movement in a way that feels manageable and unforced.

There is no pressure to keep up or push yourself. You’re encouraged to rest when you need to and to move in a way that feels right for your body on that day.

The final part of the class focuses on stillness, with longer-held, supported shapes and time to properly switch off. This helps signal to the body that the day is coming to an end and supports a more restful night’s sleep.

These evening classes are a simple way to create a clear break between the busyness of the day and going to bed.

Wear comfortable clothes, bring anything you need to feel at ease, and come as you are.
