Embodied Hatha Yoga combines traditional yoga poses (Asana), gentle somatic inquiry, breath awareness (Pranayama), meditation and relaxation (Savasana). We focus on moving with the bodies and within the abilities we have. We learn to move safely, build stability from the feet up, find alignment from within the body, support ourselves with props where needed and challenge ourselves where wanted.
