You will leave feeling more grounded, rested, and ready for a restful nights sleep, equipped with simple tools to continue your practice at home.

The Benefits of Sound

A sound bath is an immersive experience where therapeutic vibrations guide you into deep relaxation and mental calm. Sound is energy that travels through our bodies as vibration, and we experience it not just with our ears, but with our whole body. Our bodies respond to that vibration at a cellular level, and sound can help support the body’s natural state of balance.
The therapeutic vibrations of singing bowls and chimes require less active mental effort, you simply receive the sound and allow your body to respond. This creates the conditions for the parasympathetic nervous system to engage, guiding you into a state of deep rest. The experience can lead to improved sleep, mental clarity and focus, while reducing stress, anxiety, and low mood.

Anna Coyle

I am a Dublin-based painter, sound practitioner and meditation teacher.

A professionally trained sound therapist, I hold sound baths using Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes and other instruments to create a space of deep relaxation, leaving you ready for a good nights sleep.

I have been a meditator for many years, and in 2025 I completed my meditation teach training with Davidji. Now I enjoy helping others to discover the benefits of a short, daily meditation practice.

I love the process of painting and creating pieces that spark joy and connection. My hope is that each work brings a little something special, whether it becomes a cherished gift, a personal keepsake, or a beautiful touch in your home.
