We would love to welcome you to one of our inspiring Yin Yoga courses. Join our School Founder Sophie Moore for this Yoga Alliance approved Yin Yoga Teacher Training.
Experience the meditative stillness and silence during the practice of Yin. This Yin Yoga Training runs over 3 days from 12pm to 6pm. You have the option to join us in person or live online (or a mixture of both).
In the live in person classes Sophie will cover the Physical body and the Mind body modules. You will become familiar with the 26 yin yoga post flows.
The postures help us to release tight stiff fascia and connective tissue in the legs, hips and spine which helps to release ‘the issues in our tissues’ and we will also learn how to teach transformative trauma release breathwork
The training is based on Bernie Clark’s book The complete guide to Yin Yoga. The pre-recorded lessons include Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Meridians and you will also get access to our online platform to study more of The Energy Body and Mind Body modules in your own time.
Investment: Early bird €599 – full price (€699) Instalment plans also available. Contact info@suryayoga.ie or 085 7387421 to find out more.
