Yin Yoga Trilogy Series Returns for Summer 2022

The River Room, River Holistic Centre, Raheny

Yin Yoga allows us to slow down and focus on holding one pose for a small period of time giving the body an opportunity to let go of tension and stress and begin the healing process in the body and mind. The Yin Trilogy is a series of three workshops. Each workshop will have a different focus and focus on different poses. We will start with a lovely meditation to ground us and ease us into a calm and relaxed state of mind. This will be followed with a series of poses focused on letting go. To finish, a beautiful Yoga Nidra practice to allow for deep relaxation. 

All levels welcome. No yoga experience necessary. You will be guided through the poses and leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Yin for Happy Hips        July 9th

Yin for Self Care            August 13th

When: Saturdays from 12pm-2pm

Investment: €30 per Workshop OR €80 for all 3 Workshops

About Trish

Yoga provides benefits for calming the mind, strengthening the body and provides sustenance for the soul. Yoga gives you the tools to cope with whatever life throws at you.

​With over 20 years of yoga experience, I also have completed 200 hours of yoga training with Yogahub. I am excited to share my love of yoga with you.

I believe that yoga is for everyone. My classes are suitable for both beginners and improver’s. The key focus is to listen to your own body and find what feels good for you.
