Yin Yang yoga blends two styles of yoga into one embodied practice. Bringing the benefits of dynamic sequences of strength and stamina (Yang) before dropping into a truly nourishing passive stillness (Yin).
The class is split between passive yin and active yang postures, allowing each student feel this beautiful balance of feeling radiantly alive yet recalibrated after each class.
When: Mondays at 11.15am to 12.30pm
