My name is Brigita Volkova, I am a Hatha Yoga teacher. Originally started Yoga practising since 2013. I became so passionate about Yoga so I decided to become a teacher. I understood that Yoga is everything and even more, but the most what I understood how to find the inner balance.
I would like to share my energy and knowledge with you all and help to find your own inner balance.

Classes run on Monday’s at 6.40pm to 7.40pm
Kundalini Yoga is a yoga practice different from a regular flow class and most other styles of yoga. There are specific sets of exercises within the practice that work on moving and harnessing the energy within the body. To do this we use a combination of physical exercises (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), mudra (hand postures), meditation, chanting and relaxation to bring about a total balance in the body and mind. The specific set of exercises work on strengthening the nervous system, balancing the glandular system, purifying the body and calming the mind. Also within the practice are built-in moments of stillness where we sit quietly and awaken to our Self. When we apply the technology of Kundalini Yoga to our bodies and minds it has the effect of uplifting us. It builds physical vitality and brings about an overall feeling of well being. The dynamics of Kundalini Yoga is what make it so enjoyable and fun but it will also add depth to an existing practice and to your life.
These classes are beneficial for beginners with no previous yoga experience and those with an already existing practice.
When: Thursday 6th of July from 10:30am – 11:30am
