Come along to a Mission Wellness Workshop where Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach – Barbara O’Keeffe – will host a ‘Support your Adrenal and Thyroid Hormones’ one hour talk in a relaxed and friendly environment.

Barbara’s mission is to support you to make gradual, positive changes in your life to feel WELL.
Workshop content will include:
☺ An overview of the endocrine system – adrenal and thyroid gland function
☺ What to eat and drink to optimise nutrients for adrenal and thyroid hormone synthesis
☺ What suppresses endocrine function
☺ Lifestyle factors to incorporate into daily life
☺ Recipes tailored to support the endocrine system & factsheets to take away.

Where: River Holistic Centre, 10 Main Street, Raheny, Dublin 5.

When: Friday 17th of Feb 2017 – 10.30am to 11.30am.

Barbara O’Keeffe is a qualified Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach and will graduate as a Nutritional Therapist in April 2017 from the Institute of Health Sciences.
