Slow Mindful Yoga

Class: Tuesday mornings at 10am in the River Room

This class will guide you into a place of deep peace. When we connect our body, mind and breath, there is a sense of union that soothes the soul. This class will guide you into that place of connection through slow postures with an emphasis on self-awareness and self-kindness.
Come along if you’d like to soothe your senses, build strength, learn new postures, and find peace on the mat. 

Level: Open to beginners, and all levels beyond.

Investment:€50 for 4 weeks, or €15 drop-in when available. 

Term: 4 week term starts Tue March 24th. —
