Slow Flow Yoga

An ideal class to build confidence for new practitioners and allow experienced yogis to tap into the subtleties of the practice.

Classes will pair light and creative sequencing with a slow pace, allowing each student to hone in on sensations felt in the body. 

Postures are marinated in breath and awareness, linked together through yummy slow transitions, focusing on alignment and technique.

A gorgeous blend of movement, juicy stretches and calibration of the breath.
