One of the most substantial benefits of vinyasa yoga is its ability to calm the mind.  With Vinyasa you focus entirely on the breath, movement and pose sequences. This makes vinyasa yoga a moving meditation.

This Class is perfect for beginners and for anyone who looking to revisit the fundamental of yoga. 

This practice builds week-by -week, introducing you to the basic of yoga posture, sequencing, alignment and breath techniques.  Grow Your Flow!
