Vinyasa Yoga is a form of yoga that links the breath, movement, and poses together.
If you want to be flowing on your mat many moons from now, it’s wise to start practicing with sustainability.
In Slow Flow, you’ll learn practices that increase the functionality of body parts that often begin to fail us with age
Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga allows beginners to create their own synchronized dance, while learning poses and how to move, breathe, and stretch between poses. Slow flow brings the element of time into the practice. … The mind and body connection is one of the main goals when practicing all forms of Yoga
This class increases your flexibility mobility and strength, taking the pace of the class to give you time to become aware of how your body is moving and reacting to the asanas as you flow through the class.
Though Vinyasa flow yoga, you will notice an increase to your endurance and stamina. Once you begin a daily practice of yoga your muscles get stronger and stretch and your body can heal itself.
We learn how to stabilise the mind and stay present in the moment.
This class is ideal for beginners or those that like a slower paced class.
This practice is suitable for everyBODY!
