I had an amazing experience in Riverholistic. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming as soon as you enter. I went in for a back, neck and should massage with Anne and left feeling so much lighter! OMG i had a massage today from an incredible therapist called Anne.. it was without a doubt thee best massage i have ever had,i felt totally relaxed afterwards.. the centre itself is such a beautiful relaxing place. Absolutely recommended. We have had a massage today with Cindy and Katie and since we entered the place welcomed us with their best care and hospitality. Massage was fabulous. I had a massage today from Iwona and it was fantastic. She really helped increase my mobilty in my neck and shoulder. It was an hour but the time flew, felt like 10 minutes. I will definitely return. Really nice people and a really nice place.read more

I had the Zone Facelift Facial Reflexology with Dee, what an amazing treatment. From start to finish it is utterly relaxing. Dee is an incredible therapist who makes the difference between an outstanding experience and a usual treatment. I booked in with Hilary for a full body massage. I’ve had a lot of massages over the years and Hilary is by far and away the best I’ve been too. It really felt like she was so in tune with what my body needed. I walked out of there feeling so relaxed and free of a lot of the tension I was carrying in my back, in particular. I had a excellent reflexology and massage session with Anna. I was a bit nervous about reflexology as I do not like my feet been touched - wow I almost fell asleep.I highly recommend River Holistic for whatever your body needs you will find it all under this roof.All the staff are friendly and very helpful.Claire the Owner is always willing to give advice on whatever it is that bothering you.Wish I could afford it I would visit every week.Watch this space I will be back real soon.read more

Last week I attended hospital because I could not hear. I had fluid in my inner ears which would take several weeks to improve. LMD is a gentle massage treatment which involved Aideen applying a soft touch to my face and my ears in a gentle manner. I could feel something shifting on that first treatment. The next morning when I woke up, I was amazed to see all around my eyes and nose was physically different. I knew that the congestion had shifted and warranted a second treatment. Another positive effect of the treatment was the improvement in my sense of smell. I have had sinus problems, as long as I can remember and have been attending doctors for years looking for a solution. Wen I initially met Aideen, I was intrigued regarding her treatment and instinctively knew that I would be attending her.
