Self Care Sunday yoga workshop

Take two hours just for you to fill your cup up. Whether you are looking to reinvigorate
your self care practice, start afresh or simply want to take some time to nourish yourself,
this workshop is for you.

In this two hour workshop you will gently be guided through:

  • a mindful slow yoga flow;
  • relaxing yoga nidra body scan meditation;
  • self care journalling exercise;
  • time at the end for connecting over tea and chats; and
  • you’ll leave with a self care goodie bag to encourage you to find moments of daily self care following the workshop.

Suitable for EVERY-body, beginners are so so welcome. Please bring a yoga mat,
journal and a pen. Tea, snacks, goodie bag and all other yoga props are provided (e.g.
blocks, bolsters), but please bring your own yoga mat.
