About Fran

Fran is a mum of two children with a background in Counselling. She is also the founder of the Paint your Bump event for Maternal Mental Wellbeing.

Fran has experienced an induction hospital birth & a homebirth. Her passion is supporting women in the transition to motherhood.

When can I start pregnancy Yoga?

Pregnancy Yoga is suited from 12 weeks – 40 weeks
