Paul is a fully qualified Pilates instructor who has trained with the Pilates Institute of Ireland. He is also a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach. He has a great knowledge of physiology and anatomy. His passion for Pilates stems from a lifetime of being involved with adventure sports leading to various injury and recovery situations. Pilates has been an integral part of his life and he believes it is vital for continued health and well being. He has a keen interest in bringing Pilates to people of all ages and fitness abilities and thinks that it can help to improve the lives of those willing to embrace it.
