Open Level Vinyasa

Vinyasa yoga focuses on pairing breath with movement, inhaling and exhaling as we move from one pose into the next.

This class is open to all levels, whether you’re new to yoga and want to jump right in or already have a consistent practice.

Each week we’ll flow through a sequence of yoga poses, tailored to the needs of the students in class, to create space in your body and mind. Focusing on the breath while we move helps us tune into the present moment, leaving our busy lives and the demands of the world at the door. Practicing being present in our body while we move this creates a strong foundation for our mental and emotional health so we can show up in our lives in our fullest capacity.

When: Friday’s at 4:00pm to 5:00pm 6 week term
