Dru Yoga is a graceful and gentle form of yoga, based on flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation.
With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition, Dru works on body, mind and spirit – improving strength and flexibility, creating core stability, building a heightened feeling of positivity, and deeply relaxing and rejuvenating your whole being.
Dru Yoga is designed to be practiced by people of all abilities, all fitness levels and all age groups. Each class is tailored to individual needs of students.
Each class consists of:
Live online classes via zoom from: 7.30 – 8.45pm
Recording: Classes live online via zoom with viewable recording available from Tuesday until Sunday.
Online class numbers will be limited to 12 people, therefore ensuring I can see you as you practice, which enables me to give your further more tailored instruction.
