Dru Yoga
Dru Yoga is a graceful and gentle form of yoga, based on flowing movements, directed
breathing and visualisation. 
With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition, Dru works on body, mind and spirit

  • improving strength and flexibility, creating core stability, building a heightened feeling of
    positivity, and deeply relaxing and rejuvenating your whole being.
    Dru Yoga is designed to be practiced by people of all abilities, all fitness levels and all age
    groups.  Each class is tailored to individual needs of students.
    Each class consists of:
  • Activations to warm up the body
  • Energy Block Release Sequence to free blocked energy
  • 1 or 2 Asana(s) or postures
  • Deep Relaxation

When: 7.30 – 8.45pm Monday- February 1st, 8th, 15th & 22nd
Where: Live via zoom on Monday from 7.30 -8.45pm, with class recording available to view
from Tuesday until Sunday.
Cost: 4 week term of classes with viewable recoding €50
