Introduction to Mindfulness

This unique 5-week course in meditation/mindfulness will help you build practical tools to help you in your daily life. Each week we will explore different aspects of meditation/mindfulness. This will include mindfulness, breathing, guided meditation, mantras, and positive affirmations, accessing your five senses and connecting with your inner power. This is a down to earth practical course for positive daily living.

  • Leave the madness behind you as you learn how to feel more in control, more focused, and less stressed.
  • Learn how to stop the negative chatter inside your head and raise your awareness to new heights
  • This unique 5-week meditation/mindfulness course will help you build practical tools to help you in your daily life.

Time:   Every Tuesday for 5 weeks from 6.45pm – 7.45pm
