Morning Mindful Flow with Winnie

Every Monday 10am – 11am

My morning classes offer you time to begin your day & week with the focus on you, your body and your breath. 

Beginning with a breathing sequence, followed by mindful stretches, we continue into an array of postures to awaken and strengthen our connection to the body and the breath, setting you up for a glorious day. 

I teach in a relaxed environment where you can explore and deepen your yoga practice. I encourage each student to come to the mat & give yourself that time to connect with yourself – your breath & yoga practice.

Everyone is welcomed into class. 

Classes are suitable for all levels & beginners are very welcome.

I look forward to sharing my love of yoga & breathing techniques with you.
