October is Menopause month and Cathy from @yogaforliving_ is celebrating by beginning a
series of monthly themed yoga workshops specifically focused on the Menopause and well-
being.
While each workshop will deal with a specific theme they will all be extremely useful for
women approaching or in the perimenopause or menopause phase of their lives. These
workshops are designed with you in mind. Whether you’re using HRT or you’re managing
menopause symptoms without, these workshops can help you manage a range of symptoms.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
▪ Specifically designed menopause yoga sequences suitable for yoga beginners onwards
▪ Breath practises you can use to alleviate menopause symptoms
▪ Helpful information and tips on natural remedies, nutrition, HRT therapy and self-care
▪ An opening circle for information and questions. Listen, share your knowledge and discover
what other women have found works for them.
▪ A beautiful deep relaxation to close

Full yoga workshop with a focus on helping and alleviating insomnia and Sleep disruption
during menopause.

‘Cool it Down’
Sat. 7 th Jan 2023 10.30am – 1.30pm
Full yoga workshop with a focus on helping and alleviating hot flushes, night sweats, and
heated emotions during menopause.

‘Strengthen & Energise’
Sat. 4 th February 2023 3pm – 6pm
Full yoga workshop with a focus on helping and alleviating lethargy, low mood, sluggish
digestion and weight gain during menopause.

‘Settle & Calm’
Sat. 4 th March 2023 3pm-6pm
Full yoga workshop with a focus on helping and alleviating stress, anxiety, feelings of
overwhelm, and brain fog during menopause.

‘Bone, Muscle & Joint Health
Sat 8 th April 2023 3pm – 6pm
Full yoga workshop with a focus on bone, joint & muscle health & function during
menopause
