Take 45 mins in the middle of your day to step away, move your body and breathe into the present moment. It’s the perfect time of day to pause after a busy morning so you can recentre and refocus your energy for the afternoon. Whether your intention is to re-energise for a busy afternoon or release a stressful morning for a relaxed afternoon, this flow based class will allow space for whatever it is you intend.

We will focus on movement to ground our energy and release any stresses, as well as meditation and breathing exercises to recentre and quiet the mind. That way you can take on the afternoon with ease whatever it is you have planned.

This is an open level class, suitable for those with a bit of yoga experience, but you in no means need to be an expert! Beginners are of course welcome, and variations of poses will be offered to suit all abilities present in the class, however just be mindful it is not a class specifically for beginners.
