Kundalini Yoga with Celine

I’ve been practicing yoga for almost 20 years however it was only in 2011 that I was first introduced to kundalini yoga from a friend who bought me the Maya Finnes DVD for my birthday.  I was instantly hooked, I loved the music, the mantras, the repetitive movements and that the kriyas (set of yoga postures) could focus and balance the energy of particular chakra points in your body. 

I started going to classes whenever I could and in 2016 I decided I wanted to train as a kundalini yoga teacher to learn as much as I could about this wonderful style of yoga. 

I’ve since learnt that kundalini yoga was brought to the west by Yogi Bhajan only in 1969. It is considered one of the most comprehensive forms of all of the yoga traditions. It combines many practices such as meditation, mantra, physical postures (kriyas) and breathing techniques. It is a Royal (Raj) yoga as it contains all eight aspects (limbs) of yoga. 

The kriyas and meditations are designed to stimulate the chakra, glandular and nervous system.  The practices all help to connect you to who you are at soul level and release any blocks, stress and tension that is held in your body.  

Every kundalini yoga class is so unique and different.  It will work on each aspect of your being, emotional, physical, mental and spiritual.  If you are looking for change and an experience kundalini yoga is for you.  

I’m also trained in life, resilience and emotional intelligence coaching, bio energy healing.   I set up a company called Minding Me Wellness in 2018 which offers 1:1 coaching and healing, workshops for mothers and I work at retreats both here in Ireland and in Italy.

I’m so delighted to be teaching kundalini yoga at the beautiful River Holistic Centre in Raheny and would love to see you at one of my classes.
