I had an amazing experience in Riverholistic. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming as soon as you enter. I went in for a back, neck and should massage with Anne and left feeling so much lighter! I booked in with Hilary for a full body massage. I’ve had a lot of massages over the years and Hilary is by far and away the best I’ve been too. It really felt like she was so in tune with what my body needed. I walked out of there feeling so relaxed and free of a lot of the tension I was carrying in my back, in particular. Last week I attended hospital because I could not hear. I had fluid in my inner ears which would take several weeks to improve. LMD is a gentle massage treatment which involved Aideen applying a soft touch to my face and my ears in a gentle manner. I could feel something shifting on that first treatment.
