Hatha Yoga with Aoife

Yoga with Aoife Moore is an enriching practice of ‘acceptance of self’ through traditional Hatha yoga. Yoga means Union of body, mind and soul and this reminds us that all 3 are connected and each one cannot function without the other.

During the class, I invite students to increase awareness in their body and breath while bringing them through mindful asana movements, progressing naturally to pranayama (yoga breathing techniques) and ending with a beautiful centering meditation.
With guided instruction this practice encourages students to actively engage their breath, challenge their bodies, while respecting their natural physical limitations within each pose. The class is less about achieving aesthetic alignment and more about connecting with your true self and focusing more on functional alignment.

The result is a heart-opening, body-strengthening, grounding experience. Knowing that yoga is not what you see…yoga is what you feel.
