Tuesdays 6.45-7.45pm

Suitable for beginners, this 60-minute Hatha class emphasizes breath work and postures to build strength, balance, and flexibility.  Poses are done on the floor as well as standing and sitting , and students should be able to get up and down from the floor. 

This class uses blocks, belts and bolsters to support gentle yoga postures, helping to improve awareness, breathing and asana practice.  

The class always ends in Savasana where the focus is on deep relaxation.

Appropriate for beginners / improvers.
