Hatha Yoga with Aideen Schweppe

This is a mixed levels class
Each class begins with breathing techniques to help us get into the right headspace, slowing down and allowing ourselves to move into our Postures and Stretches in a more mindful way, working with our bodies.

I tend to show two or three variations of some of the poses to ensure everyone can get what they enjoy/need from them – every body is different!

There will be some flow, some sequences, some gentle, some deeper.
Each class will wrap up with some meditation/relaxation, followed by some affirmations and actions to take home with you and implement into your daily life (should you choose to do so).

With regular practice Yoga can help to:

  • Improve posture
  • Improve muscle tone and strength
  • Improve flexibility
  • Prevent sports injuries
  • Recover from sports injuries
  • Reduce stress and anxiety
  • Improve quality of sleep

I am a holistic therapist as well as a Yoga instructor. I have over 11 years and over 600 hours of teaching experience, so you are in good hands.

For me, mindset is equally as important as the physical aspect of Yoga, so we will focus on both.

Every Tuesday morning with new courses starting every 8 weeks.
