vinyasa yoga is a practice where we flow from one pose to the next connecting the movement with the breathe, this class is a gentle slow flow and is ideal for anyone wanting to slow down, reconnect and finding a sense of balance in the body both mentally and physically while still building strength and mobility, with a focus on pranayama and meditation which will help bring the nervous system into a more neutral state of balance making it also ideal in helping to relieve the stress and anxieties of modern-day life. although the class flow will change from week to week the emphasis will always stay the same.
