In our class, we’ll spend time in each pose, ranging from 2 to 10 minutes. No rush, no hurry β just pure relaxation. By embracing stillness and mindfulness, we tap into our body’s natural ability to release tension and restore balance. We’ll focus on stretching and gently applying pressure to those tight spots, like ligaments and fascia, allowing you to feel rejuvenated.
Let’s create space for healing, both physically and energetically, while soothing our nervous system. Join us and find your inner calm.

Namaste, my name is Kaye, a lover of movement and mindfulness.
My journey into yoga began in 2013 during a challenging period of depression and anxiety. Its transformative healing principles resonated deeply with me, leading me to explore both the physical and spiritual sides of well-being.
In 2017, I started on a teacher training journey, becoming qualified to teach Hatha, Yin, and Meditation. Additionally, I’m a holistic therapist specialising in Ayurvedic Treatments.
For me, yoga goes beyond the poses; it’s a way of life that fosters healing and balance.
I’m thrilled to share the transformative impact yoga has had on my role as a wife, daughter, sister, friend, and even as a stranger. If you’re contemplating starting your yoga journey, I encourage you to give it a shotβtomorrow could be the day that changes your life. π
In each class, we’ll begin with a guided meditation to connect the body and mind, As we moveΒ from
one pose to another, bringing awareness of each movement and allowing your body to move naturally. Finally, we’ll finish the class with a soothing relaxation and meditation.
I always teach from the heart. No forcing, no pulling, reminding you to listen to how your body feels in the moment.
