My morning classes offer you time to begin your day and week with the focus on you, your body and your breath. Beginning with a breathing sequence, followed by mindful stretches, we continue into an array of postures to awaken and strengthen our connection to the body and the breath, setting you up for a glorious day. I teach in a relaxed environment where you can explore and deepen your yoga practice. I encourage each student to come to the mat and give yourself that time to connect with yourself – your breath and yoga practice. Everyone is welcomed into class. Classes are suitable for all levels and beginners are very welcome. I look forward to sharing my love of yoga and breathing techniques with you. I warmly welcome everyone into my classes, people of all ages and sex, from complete beginners to those who want to improve their practice. I encourage everyone to come to the mat and devote that time each day to just you. I teach Restorative Yoga as often as I can and encourage everyone to participate in this class.
