Niamh Scanlon

Iโ€™m Niamh, a breathwork facilitator as well as nutrition and lifestyle coach.

My first experience of breathwork was at a yoga class a few years ago and I loved the sense of calm and peace it gave me.

My classes are of a similar ethos where my goal is for you to leave with that same feeling and an added benefit of a good nightโ€™s sleep.

These classes are not intense, the intention is to slow everything down by moving from the fight and flight to rest and digest mode.
