This special afternoon aims to encourage mental and emotional clarity, induce a deep state of relaxation, help to calm the nervous system and promote a sense of tranquility.

In the dimly lit, cosy space sink into stillness with a Calming Breathwork practice and a Soulful Sound Healing with quartz crystal bowls, chimes, ocean drum, voice, Tibetan bowls, kalimba, Shaman drum, Handpan, Native American flute… to name just a few.

In this world of more or less constant doing, join us as we take a much needed pause. During this session we will bring ease to our breath, calmness to our mind and care deeply for our heart & nervous system.

💫 What is Sound Healing: Sound healing, alternatively known as Sound Therapy or Vibrational Medicine, is the practice of using sound and frequency to bring harmony, healing and relaxation to the body, mind & soul. Vibrations from the instruments assist the release of energetic and emotional blockages in the body and stimulate healing.

💫 What is Breathwork & Pranayama? Ancient yogic breathing techniques which clear the physical and emotional obstacles in our body to free the breath and so free the flow of prana. With Breathwork & Pranayama we transform and change the pattern of the breath through guided techniques. We may influence the flow of prana or life force through our body and we may achieve altered states of consciousness.

💫 What to bring/wear:

  • A yoga mat
  • A blanket
  • A pillow
  • Water to hydrate before and after the healing session
  • Bring anything that will allow you to rest deeply. (*Some people like to cover their eyes).
  • Wear cosy warm clothes.
  • We will not generate heat in this session, your body temperature WILL drop. Please prepare with this in mind*
  • We respectfully ask that you please do not bring your phone into the session as we move away from our usual state of long lists & doing and move into a state of timelessness.
  • **Please arrive in good time so you are well settled in (the door will be open from 10 min before the start time, just ring the bell).
  • Due to the silent nature of the session late arrivals cannot be admitted, we hope you understand.
