Relaxing Slow Flow
Relaxing Slow Flow December Yoga – Creating an Evening of Calmness and Relaxation.
Welcome to our special December Evening Yoga Class! This class is designed to help you unwind, release and relax as the end of the year approaches. In this class, we will embrace the spirit of the season with a focus on slow-flowing stretches, relaxation and mindful breathing.
Class Highlights:
Gentle Slow Flow
Embrace the pace of a slow-flow yoga practice that allows you to mindfully connect each movement with your breath. This gentle flow is designed to release tension, increase flexibility and promote a sense of calmness.
Stretch and Restore
Experience a series of rejuvenating stretches aimed at releasing stored tension in the body. As we move through each posture, you’ll find opportunities to let go of the stress accumulated throughout the year and create space for relaxation.
Breath Awareness
Cultivate a deeper connection with your breath, using it as a guide throughout the practice. Learn breathing techniques that promote relaxation, enhance focus and bring a sense of balance to both body and mind.
Mindful Meditation
Incorporate moments of mindful meditation to centre your thoughts and reflect on the year’s journey. This reflective practice aims to foster gratitude, acceptance, and a positive outlook as we approach the year’s end.

Nadine Clerkin
Hi! My name is Nadine. I live in Killester and I’m a mum of three kids.
I completed my yoga teacher training at YogaHub, where I was lucky to have some really great teachers, who have influenced how I teach and enjoy yoga now.
I have a special interest in exploring how we breathe and the impact it has on our body and on our nervous system. I like to incorporate this in to my practice, taking time in each class to connect with it.
I definitely do find it hard to take my mat out everyday with life being quite hectic, but I never regret it when I do. I think remembering to try and take a little time to connect with yourself and how you’re feeling can have such a massive impact.
So if you would like to join me and practice yoga in the beautiful River Room Studio in Raheny, please contact me for more information.
