Need a morning boost to energise, awaken and invigorate your body and mind.
Join me in the beautiful River Holistic studio for this dynamic and light-hearted full body, morning Flow Yoga.
This 50 minute practice will leave you full of energy, ready to tackle anything.
Activating the core, strengthening the muscles and revitalising the mind, we will energetically move through fluid poses, combined with deep breaths and some fun
transitions.
We’ll end the class with a relaxation making this morning Flow Yoga a perfect rise and shine wake up class to get your day started perfectly.

Michelle

Hi there! I am a yoga teacher based in Dublin, specialising in a range of different yoga classes for all ages throughout Dublin. After completing 500 hours yoga teacher training with Yoga Therapy Ireland, I then went on to study Yoga for strength, mum and baby yoga, yoga for children and yoga for teens. I’m also a qualified Holistic Massage therapist (ITEC certified) and have a wealth of knowledge in human anatomy.
I’ve had a passion for yoga from an early age and know the benefits of yoga
practice transcend into everyday life far beyond the physical. Through my training
with Yoga Therapy Ireland there was an emphasis on yoga for health and I am always available to assist students on an individual basis, to use yoga as a tool to support any issues they may have.
I like to create a comfortable, inclusive space for all my students and my classes are
suitable for complete beginners to yoga pros!

I can make any adjustments or modifications to poses so that everyone feels comfortable taking part in the flow and I will supply all yoga props needed to do so.
Alongside its physical health benefits I’m very drawn to yoga philosophy and its beautiful teachings for living life through respect, compassion and love for the self and others. I hope to bring this awareness and daily practice to my students also.
