1. Autopilot Mode (9:00 AM – 9:20 AM)
Discover how often we operate on autopilot, going through the motions without truly being present. Learn techniques to break free from this automatic way of living and start experiencing life more fully.

2. Negative Bias of the Brain (9:20 AM – 9:40 AM)
We will explore how negative biases shape our thoughts and behaviors.
We’ll discuss strategies to counteract this bias, helping you cultivate a more balanced and positive outlook on life.

3. Everyday Mindfulness Tips (9:40 AM – 10:00 AM)
Incorporating mindfulness into your daily routine doesn’t have to be complicated. We’ll share practical tips and exercises that you can easily integrate into your life.

4. Breathing Meditation (10:00 AM – 10:20)
Breathing meditation is a powerful tool for reducing stress and enhancing concentration. This practice will teach you how to use your breath to anchor your mind and cultivate a sense of inner peace.

5. Q&A and Reflection (10:20 AM – 11:00 AM):

This is a time for reflection, allowing you to consider how you can apply what you’ve learned to your
everyday life.

Hi! My name is Denise Gemello, specialized nurse and a passionate certified Mindfulness Teacher committed to mindfulness and well-being.
While it might seem like I got here overnight, I didn’t.It took me until 2018 before my true passion for mindfulness and positive psychology began to sink in and I understood all of its benefits.
Since then, I have built my life around helping others discover the joy of self-development. As my clients start their journey, they will gain the tools to tap into their own inner light, empowering them to form their own path towards mindfulness, peace, and healing.
